### Simple Bidirectional DC Motor Driver Schematic using IC 741

Robometricschool. - There are many ways to make bidirectional DC motor rotary. We can use H-bridge DC Motor Driver Schematic to rotate the DC motor bidirectional. Other way to make bidirectional DC motor rotary is using IC 741 as voltage comparison to make positive and negative output signal.

In here we will show you the electronic circuit schematic of Simple Bidirectional DC Motor Driver Schematic using IC 741, included the components list, and performance of the circuit schematic.

Components List

According figure 1 above, we only need few simple and components as like IC 741, VR, Resistor, NPN and PNP Transistor. You can see all the value of the component like in figure 1 above.

Schematic Performance

According figure 1 above that Bidirectional DC Motor Driver Schematic divided into two parts as like the comparison part as controller signal generator that bult from IC 741 and transistor as dc motor driver that bult from NPN and PNP transistor.

In part of comparison we know that the performance is  At the time of the control voltage (pin 3) is higher than the voltage at pin 2 then the voltage comparison IC 741 and IC 741 will provide the output voltage with a positive level, it will provide forward bias to reverse bias the transistor Q1 and the transistor Q2. then the voltage at pin 3 is lower than the voltage comparison IC pin 2 then gave the 741 will output a negative level, so that the transistor Q2 gets forward biased and reverse biased transistor Q1 gets.

And from part of transistor as driver DC motor we know that the transistor is used as a DC motor driver is a type TIP31 transistors for Q1 and Q2 TIP32 for. At the forward bias of Q1 and Q2 have the reverse bias the DC motors have a positive current source through Q1 so that the DC motor to move in a clockwise direction.

Then at Q2 and Q1 gets the forward bias to reverse bias DC motors have a negative voltage source to a DC motor to move counter-clockwise.  The size of the bias voltage on the base of Q1 and Q2 bidirectional DC motor driver circuit described above will affect the speed of rotation of DC motors. Bias voltage control transistor proficiency level by VR1 in circuit driver the bidirectional DC motor.

So it is very the bidirectional DC Motor Driver Schematic that can help you to built bidirectional rotary DC motor in other way besides the using H-bridge transistor to make bidirectional rotary DC motor.
