Electronic Circuit Driver DC Motor with Transistor for Small Current

Robometricschool. -Do you want to build robot now? One of the urgent part robot is driver motor. Driver motor used to amplify control signal from microcontroller or robot data control. With motor driver, robot motor can rotate to the right  and to the left or motor robot can move clock-wise and anti-clock-wise.

Many robot that be moved with dc motor. Like in Line Follower Robot that very popular today. In LFR need  dc motor to move bring robot follow the line that make. Motor In order to rotate to move it need  driver dc motor for do it. So if you want to make robot you need Driver DC Motor.

In here i will give you electronic circuit schematic diagram simple Driver DC Motor with transistor for  small current like in figure 1 bellow. Why it simple? because this electronic circuit only need few electronic components to make it.

Component List:
1. R1,R2  -----------------------> 4K7 ohm
2. R3,R4  -----------------------> 1 Kohm
3. Q5,Q6  -----------------------> A733
4. Q2,Q4  -----------------------> A564
5. Q1,Q3  -----------------------> C828
6. C1        -----------------------> 56pF
7. MT1      -----------------------> Small Current DC Motor

Circuit Performances:
• As DC source +Vcc you can give it with small voltage like 5 volt or 6 volt. You can choose good voltage value like with your DC motor voltage.
• In A and In B are used to input signal from robot data control like from microcontroller. Note: don't give all input with low voltage it will make transistor is burn or error. You can give input with 0 and 1 logical to make motor rotate left or rotate right. and you can give all input with 1 logical to make motor not rotate.
• When you give logical 1 in In A  and logical 0 in In B, it will make Q5 active like close switch and make Q2 and Q3 active as close switch, and other transistor will not active. Condition will make Motor MT1 rotate to the right or clock-wise.
• When you give logical 0 in In A  and logical 1 in In B, it will make Q6 active like close switch and make Q1 and Q4 active as close switch, and other transistor will not active. Condition will make Motor MT1 rotate to the left or anti-clock-wise.
• When you give logical 1 in In A  and logical 1 in In B, it will make all transistor will not active. this condition will make Motor MT1 not rotate.
